I started my deal online. Wonderful experience. Eduardo met me as soon as I drove into the dealership. He was warm and friendly showing a genuine interest in me. I also dealt with Devon. He was also very warm and friendly. It was a great day and I left with a great deal and brand new car.
Had a really bad experience buying my car at Power Buick GMC of Salem. They sold me a car with 3mm brakes left(I could have been in a major accident)and a coolant leak. And the salesman Gustavo, told us that he will send the maintenance records and pre-sale inspection from their service department and it never came! And it was too late i had already bought the car. Even he verbally promised to take care of if anything comes up, he questioned me if i bought a warranty. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. No solutions, nothing. Horrible! 0/10! I have a fix list costing me over 5 thousand. I have been scammed.
I bought a 2017 GMC 2500 from Eduardo. He really worked hard to get me the truck , for the most part it was really a great experience. I would do business with Eduardo again! Davon the finance manager was excellent. He took the time to explain everything to me and did not over sell me on anything! It was an excellent experience with Davon and I would work with him again!!!! Thanks guys for everything..
I responded to a FB marketplace ad regarding a white Ford Bronco Raptor. The Ad was posted by Bryan the “Fleet manager.” I asked how much a trade for my vehicle would get me, providing him with make, model, trim, year, mileage, and VIN. An entire days goes by and I don’t hear anything from him. I follow up & he says “Sorry, I’m busy.” And goes on about how he’s fleet manager, he’s got multiple deals going and its end of the year, blah, blah excuses. And proceeds to tell me that customers in the store take priority & that he’s currently working on a sale. If you’re that busy, then get someone else to take care of me, instead of laying excuses out and basically telling me that I’m not important bc I’m not in front of him. Nobody wants to hear that especially if they’re about to shell out $75k for a car! I bought my current WildTrak bronco from McMinnville, live in Bend and the entire negotiation was done via text and/or emails. McMinnville Ford was awesome! I bought the vehicle essentially before I even saw it. Drove there, picked it up and drove back same day. That’s how many deals are done these days. But your company apparently teaches staff that online buyers are not a priority.
Terrible experience from this dealership, which is unfortunate. We have had a great experience with this dealership in the past and purchased our minivan here. We were interested in an SUV and wanted to trade in our current SUV to get something newer with lower miles. We tried to come to an agreement on the trade-in since there was NO flexibility whatsoever on the used SUV that they wanted to sell us. They agreed to try and match our asking price on the trade-in, but wanted to inspect the vehicle in person. We drove over 180 miles back and forth to make this deal work and when we had it Inspected (by a completely different sales manager and salesperson as the ones we were working with were not there.) and were offered even LESS than what we were initially promised. We showed them the paperwork with the higher valuation, and they toldnus that they weren't going to honor that, despite the car being in good condition. After being a previously satisfied client who had referred friends here in the past, I will not set foot on that lot again...
I bought a vehicle from Power last week and as very disappointed to fingers out 2days later that it had been wrecked and very poorly repaired. Three was just enough body work done to make it difficult to see. I am now going to be out a couple thousand more $ to get the body work done right. There is an old saying. LET THE BUYER BEWARE. It truly applies to these folks. What they did was probably not illegal but I believe no telling me that it had been wrecked was unethical. I will never buy from them again and if you do it is at your own risk.
I've been buying cars and trucks for over 40 years and have never experienced such poor service in all those years. Tried to purchase a car and was totally blown off by 4 different sales people. Called the sales manager and was told the car was sold only to find out it was still for sale. I have never been treated so poorly and lied to this bad in my 63 years. The worst buying experience ever, or should I say trying to buy a car!!!

Bought my first ever brand new car! Sold to me by the sensational Marlo. Wasn’t expecting to walk off the lot with everything I hoped for plus more. Marlo was polite genuine, and most of all he cared! Definitely recommending friends and family.
Looked at a vehicle with a check engine light on. Had it scanned by the maintenance department and said it is a cam sensor. Not a priority for the maintenance per the salesman. They won’t fix until someone is serious about buying it. Why would you put it out on the lot if that was the case?

Horrible customer service & dishonest. I drove across the state to look at a vehicle. This vehicle was full of rust upon inspecting it. Multiple dents and dings, was told it was in good shape. The underbody was full of rust and this information was not disclosed before I made the trip. They then had another vehicle similar but newer. In good condition but a lot more. I made a purchase on the newer vehicle. During the process things were taken out and not put back in. Such as receipts and floor mats, as well as maintenance records. The vehicle was dirty and I made the mistake of not having it cleaned before signing as there was damage on multiple panels. This dealer is dishonest and shady. Avoid or deal at your own risk.
A friend went with me when I was looking to buy a new car. . I did not know what I wanted been 14 years since I bought a new car. This was our first stop. The salesman Ozzy knew I wasnt buying that day but he took an incredible amount of time showing me everything on the Envision. My friend had bought her truck there a few months before this trip. I tried out several different vehicles at several different dealers Ended up that just the Buick and color I wanted just came off the truck. I live over 2 hours away so made arrangements to come up the next day and made a deposit on it, over the phone. Understood if I didnt like it no problem. I LOVED it. Was all bright and shiney waiting for me. I could have gotten more for my trade in but they also had a sale that just started and everything was in my budget so the paperwork was quick, I wasnt financing so it did go much quicker Everyone was very friendly and professional. Ozzy was a great no pressure salesman, answered all my questions so overall my buying experience was very positive. Hope I dont have to do it again tho.
Power Buick GMC of Salem. The guy Marlo is the real deal. Went above and beyond to get me in my new F150 today and I couldn't have been happier. The guy Marlo is a class act and if you are in the market for a new vehicle, I would check out Power Buick of GMC in Salem Oregon and ask for him. He has helped me into a few vehicles over the years and I will always look to him for help purchasing a new vehicle.
